Voter Eligibility
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IF:

You will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day.

You are a U.S. citizen.

You are a Minnesota resident for at least 20 days before the Election.

You have NOT been deemed legally incompetent.

You have NOT had your voting rights revoked by a court of law.

You are NOT currently incarcerated, on parole or on probation.

You have discharged, completed or expired any felony conviction.
Once your voting rights have been restored you should re-register to vote.
