Voter Eligibility

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IF:

• You will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day.
• You are a  U.S. citizen.
• You are a Minnesota resident for at least 20 days before the Election.
• You have NOT been deemed legally incompetent.
• You have NOT had your voting rights revoked by a court of law.
• You are NOT currently incarcerated, on parole or on probation.
• You have discharged, completed or expired any felony conviction. 
  Once your voting rights have been restored you should re-register to vote.
